LOS ANGELES, CA - "I am shocked and saddened by the tragedy that has occurred this morning at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. This inconceivable act of violence against our innocent children is unacceptable. We cannot allow these acts of terror to continue. The movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colorado, the mall shooting in Portland, Oregon, and now an elementary school shooting in Connecticut. It has to stop. My heart is aching for the lives lost in this tragedy. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families, victims and the entire community of Newtown suffering from this unimaginable act of hatred and madness."
